The team at Ruth’s Chris Pier 5 was amazing. Tammy our entertainment coordinator was attentive, thorough and extremely helpful. We had 40 people celebrating my daughter’s 30th birthday. India along with the other girls were also attentive, friendly and very professional! Our private bartender was AWESOME!! The service was top-notch! The food was outstanding! The drinks on point & delicious! Thank you for a memorable evening, we will be back! The atmosphere was beautiful! The staff were truly wonderful!!
Large, impromptu group to celebrate a birthday. Tan was an AMAZING server. I KNOW she got her 10k steps in with our party. All the staff in the bar area were so attentive and accommodating. We lucked up and got there for the last day of restaurant week. Many of us got the steak and EVERYONE was pleased with their food. Loved the fact that they asked about allergies and had special bread brought out that was allergen-free. The brown butter Moscow mule was DELICIOUS. Everyone's drinks were smoked perfectly. Valet was $10, which is MUCH better than the pay by camera parking lot that's across the walkway
We visited about a week ago and had a very good overall expirience because of the exceptional and extraordenary service this evening. We ordered three menues including Filet Mignon but unfortunatly the meat was overcooked. As soon as the waitress noticed we got new meals, icluding new sides as well. Additionally we got one of the three meals for free for the unconvenience. The food was realy good, the menue was suprisingly affordable and as mentioned above, the service was realy exceptional. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant and would visit again.
I wanna thank the staff for the amazing experience, but most of all, I'd like to the our server. Zack! Not only was he attentive, but also engaging, respectful and an all around amazing server!!! If I'm accounting for service, conversation, and all around a people person, he's it. So in conclusion, if you go to Ruth's Chris in the Baltimore Inner Harbor, ask for Zack. (You won't be disappointed) By the way it was our 20th Anniversary. Zack made sure it was one to remember
Aaron was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. We were warmly greeted with smiles, and the overall atmosphere was both inviting and pleasant. I would highly recommend this restaurant — we’ll definitely be coming back!
Booked a reservation for my parents 25th wedding anniversary. Service and food was a 10/10. Aaron our waiter made our experience amazing, from the fast service, recommendation of menu items, all the way down to him giving my parents a treat with candles for their anniversary the service was great. When going out to upscale restaurants service is key, Aaron definitely exceeded our expectations. If you are in the area definitely check them out and ask for Aaron!
The food was very good and the service was fantastic. The restaurant itself has a layout I don't find appealing, however, and the customers help to bring down the atmosphere. The food and service say "fine dining", but a good portion of the customer base doesn't. Great place to eat, but it's not fitting for special occasions or a fine dining experience.

From start to finish, the afternoon was a flawless celebration of fine dining and heartfelt connections, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The private room was elegantly arranged for our gathering of nearly 100 guests, creating an atmosphere that was both intimate and inviting. The fixed menu offered a delightful array of options, and every dish was made to order, cooked precisely to our requests. The timing of the meal was exceptional, perfectly aligning with the Self Care Advocacy meeting, which showcased the staff's impressive coordination and teamwork. It was heartening to see the impacted staff actively listening to personal stories from guests about their experiences with blood cancers, fostering a sense of community and support throughout the evening. Now, let’s talk about the food! Everything served was on point. The petite filet mignon was tender and cooked to perfection, living up to the high standards one expects from Ruth's Chris. The spicy salmon topped with crispy shrimp was a delightful surprise; the combination of flavors and textures was a definite standout, proving that this steakhouse knows how to impress beyond just beef. The stuffed chicken breast, stuffed with garlic herb cheese and drizzled with lemon-thyme butter, was equally delightful and did not disappoint. For the sides, we enjoyed family-style servings of creamy mashed potatoes and fresh broccoli, both of which complemented our entrees beautifully. And to cap off the meal, the chocolate sin cake was a decadent finale that left everyone raving. The addition of valet parking made the experience even more convenient and memorable. It's clear that Ruth's Chris Steak House at Pier 5 not only excels in culinary artistry but also prioritizes guest experience. Regardless of your personal favorite steakhouse, Ruth's Chris deserves a top spot on your list.
